Small Houses to Hotel Clearance
We remove all requested items including carpets, cookers, washing machines, furniture, cupboards, garages, garden sheds, and lofts. Once the property is cleared it will be given a basic clean and left tidy. If a deep clean is required this can be arranged at an additional price.
Office Clearance
We remove all items requested including old workstations, filing cabinets, desks, chairs, paperwork, or computer parts. We also remove carpets, electrical appliances, scrap metal, junk, and verminous rubbish.
Factory Clearance
Factory clearances include the removal of all items requested including desks, chairs, filing cabinets, paperwork, electrical appliances, computer parts, scrap metal, machinery, and rubbish. We also dismantle machinery, and move and dispose of them as necessary.
The Costs
If the property contents have no resale value, is cluttered or verminous, then we have to make a charge to cover our labour and costs.
If some of the contents have a small resale value, we would offset this against the clearance cost.
If the property contains antiques or collectables which have a high resale value, then we will agree on a price that we are both happy with and pay you for the contents. We always hope to pay you more than would be achieved in an auction room.
