I just wanted to say thanks for clearing out the house and cleaning it up as well - it looks great. The only other quote I received was a flat rate based on the size of the house which would have been heading towards £1000, so it was fantastic that you offset the cost of clearance with the value of some of the items for resale so I didn't pay out anything.
